1. Confirmation of order will only be valid with full payment.
2. Once confirmation mail is sent, failure to pay before spree closes will terminates orders.
3. Once payment is made, there should not be changes or refunds unless the good(s) is/are out of stock.
4. Items sold will neither be exchangeable or refundable. Upon your request, we can help you to resell your item in event of wrong orders.
5. Please understand that goods are imported from different countries, waiting time will vary from 2-10 weeks.
6. In any case that shipment is delayed, please wait patiently.
7. If goods are defective, please kindly inform me on the day of collection, I'll arrange with my supplier to get a brand new item. No refunds will be made.
